Who we are

This website is operated by Funtelier s.r.o., based in Karlín, Prague 8, Czech Republic. For anything related to data protection, you can reach us at hi@funtelier.com.

What data we collect

This site has no contact forms and no account registration. We process personal data in only two situations:

Analytics. We use Umami Cloud, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to measure traffic. Umami doesn't use cookies, doesn't store IP addresses, and doesn't track visitors across sessions or sites — instead it generates a temporary hash from the IP address and browser that gets discarded every day. The data we see (pages visited, country, device type, referrer) is anonymized and aggregated, and can't be tied back to an individual.
Email contact. If you write to us at hi@funtelier.com, we process whatever you send us (name, email address, message content) solely to handle your request.

Cookies

This site does not currently use any cookies for tracking or marketing.

Legal basis and retention

We process analytics data on the basis of our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in understanding how the site is used — being anonymous, it isn't tied to a retention period linked to any individual. We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, on the basis of legitimate interest or contract performance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), (f)).

Recipients and processors

Analytics data is processed by Umami Software, Inc. under a data processing agreement (DPA). Your email is processed by our email service provider. We don't sell or share data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise any of these, write to hi@funtelier.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Czechia that's the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz), in Slovakia the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk), or the authority in your own country of residence.

We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent change.
